Welcome to Glasgow Code Learning (GCL)

Thank you for your interest in our top level Pro courses.

Please complete our initial application questions below so that we can assess your eligibility for a place on the course.

Please note that, at a later date, we may require proof of the answers you have provided to confirm your eligibility.

Your personal information will be recorded by Glasgow Life and basic information will be shared with Glasgow Clyde College and Skills Development Scotland once you're accepted onto the course to allow for the completion of the course enrolment process and employability support. You can view Glasgow Life's privacy statement here, Glasgow Clyde College's privacy statement here and Skills Development Scotland's privacy statement here. 

Pro is designed for people who want to take their learning to the next level. Computational competency is essential for applying.

Apply for Pro if you have:

- Qualification at SCQF level 5 or above in a related subject, such as our GCL Developer courses.
OR
- Equivalent relevant experience – you can describe this on the application form.

If you are not confident or do not have enough previous IT experience, you can try our intermediate level GCL Developer courses (SCQF Level 5 and 6). These are designed to help you prepare for GCL Pro if you don’t already have the equivalent level of previous skills/experience.
