National Entitlement Card and Young Scot Cards

Enquiry About Becoming a Trusted Organisation

Thanks for your interest in becoming a trusted organisation. Trusted organisations assist young people and their families in getting access to their entitlement to free travel with a Junior NEC and Young Scot card. They are able to check and send us applications and act as a champion for all of the card services in their local area or community and with the young people that they work with.

Some trusted organisations can also provide proof of address, person or age as well - but that depends on the sector you work within and the way young people register with you.

Once you have completed this form, we will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps and how we can take your application forward. You can always contact the team via our customer service inbox (youngglasgow@glasgowlife.org.uk) and there's more information about how young people can apply for the card and the benefits the card can bring them on our website (www.glasgowlife.org.uk/NEC).

The information that you give us using this form will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed on our website. By completing the form, you give us permission to store and use the information to process your enquiry.

What is your e-mail address? *

What sector does your organisation fall under? *

What type of work does your organisation do?
Please tick all that apply. *

Please estimate how many young people your organisation works with a year.

Do young people have to formally register to be part of your organisations activities?
If they don't have to prove their identity then please answer no. This is to determine if you would be able to provide proof of address, name or age on behalf of an applicant. You can still become a trusted organisation if you can't meet this standard - it just works slightly differently. *
