To request the discount, please apply for your membership or register for Pay As You Go bookings BEFORE you complete the form below.
Fill out the form, uploading a photo or PDF scan of a letter or bank statement dated in the last 3 months, with your name clearly shown, and the benefit payments crediting your account. You can also upload a valid ARC card or Home Office letter confirming your Asylum Seeking Status. If proof of entitlement isn't submitted using this form or at reception in one of our venues, membership and activities will be charged at standard prices.
